Mid-Cheshire Table Tennis Report
In the SuperLeague Div 1 - Lostock1 & WPRC1 played
out an entertaining 5-5 draw.
Stand out performer was Pete Battison who won 2 of
his 3 singles for WPRC1.
Elsewhere , Craig Lee won his 3 singles against
Manweb1 despite his team losing the match 6-4 & Vics won 7-3 against CMC1 with
maximums from Martin Thomson & Tim Turner.
In Lancashire & Cheshire Premier League ,
Mid-Cheshire vets beat Chester & Ellesmere Port 6-4.
2 wins each for Terry Turner & Geoff Cummings , 1
win for Martin Thomson & Turner/Cummings won the doubles rubber.
Entries for the Mid-Cheshire Closed Championships
are now open with the tournament starting on January 2nd.
