Up

 1.        Teams shall consist of any registered players who have played in a minimum of 1 league matches, Where a player has had a previous handicap and cannot play sufficient games his or her handicap should be assessed by the Committee and not automatically be given the lowest handicap for the division he or she plays in.

2.      Players shall not play for more than one team during the competition. When the competition is handicapped the individual handicaps will be determined by the Management Committee.

3.      The games will consist of best of three legs 21 up and played to a conclusion which is 2 clear points following 20 all. (Scoring will be 1 point for a win for each game).

4.      The competition shall not be seeded.

5.      Each round shall be drawn and given a venue for the match by the Management Committee.

6.      Each round shall be played when directed.

7.      Entry shall be Free to any number of teams from clubs duly registered with the League such numbers to be advised to the Fixture Secretary prior to the notified closing date for entries.

8.      Venues of the matches are to be suitable i.e. accommodation lighting and equipment etc. all to be vetted by the Management Committee if required.

9.      All matches shall start at the time designated by the Management Committee. If after 15 minutes, a team is not represented the opposing team shall have the right to claim the match. Any appeal against this by the team in default shall be made to the League Secretary within 72 hours.

10.  Once a match has started play will be continuous until the match is concluded, any team in default will lose the match.

11.  The final round shall be played at a venue decided by the Management Committee.

12.  No team is allowed to cancel a match because its players are taking part in a game organised by another league or organisation except when representing the Mid Cheshire Table Tennis League Teams.

13.  Any other points not herein covered shall be as decided by the Management Committee.
