This year and in subsequent years, the ETTA requires all competitive table tennis players to complete an individual registration form.

Anyone playing in more than one league only has to complete one ETTA registration form

For guidance League is MCTTL

Club is whoever you play for eg CMC

team is number 1,2,3 etc
