Current(2010-11) MCTTL Individual Champion Geoff Cummings
Geoff congratulating runner-up Jake Shaw "a slap on the back is like six years of therapy!" (ice-age) The League runs the annual Mid Cheshire Closed Championship Competition. This is a championship event that is only open to players currently registered and playing in a team in the the Mid Cheshire league. All players are welcome and encouraged to enter. To be eligible to win the competition you must have played in 3 league games in the current season. Entry is made online by clicking the link at the bottom of this page (when open). Entry fee is £2.50 per event (as last year) The events are determined every year. The events in 2011-12 are:- Open Singles Super vets Singles (over 50) Super vets Doubles (over 50) Division 2 Singles (will be combined with Div 3 if insufficient entries) Division 3 Singles (will be combined with Div 2 if insufficient entries) Open Doubles Drawn doubles Trophies will be awarded to winners and runners-up in each event.
